Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship to Portugal and to many other countries. We do not accept orders to some countries because of carrier restrictions or sanctions; if your country is not in the cart's list, it is not possible to order there.

How we ship

• Portugal: CTT registered mail, with the option of proof of delivery.
• All other countries: DHL Express (with delivery to a DHL ServicePoint where available).

Shipping depends on the parcel weight and the country and is shown in the cart before payment. The estimated delivery time of each method is also shown in the cart.

We ship the copies as soon as possible after payment is confirmed, well protected (bag and board; graded copies in their case). We give you the tracking number.

Taxes and fees outside the European Union

For shipments outside the European Union we do not charge VAT, but the recipient may have to pay customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees in their country. These amounts are not included in the price.

Did the parcel arrive damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible at hugo.sanches@icarusintelligence.com, with photos of the parcel and the copy.

Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Use the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the footer of every page, or write to us.

After withdrawing, send the copy back without delay and no later than 14 days later, to:

The cost of returning is borne by you. We recommend registered, tracked shipping with the copy well protected (graded copies stay in their case).

We refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days of the day we learn of the withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the copy or proof that it has been sent back.
